Module 1: Mindset Transformation

Mindset is everything--and it’s definitely the most important step to address for long-term success. Module 1 walks you through discovering your WHY and the mindset required for the journey ahead. We will also dive into self-reflections, the realistic rate of fat loss expectations, and exercises to tap into becoming the best version of yourself.

Module 2: Tracking Food Intake with a Flexible Nutrition Approach

Nutrition is never one size fits all. Designing a nutrition strategy that works for you is the goal to create adherence and long-term success. In this module, we cover everything related to having a flexible nutrition approach, tracking food intake to meet daily requirements, and meal prepping to set up each week with a successful plan to follow.

Module 3: Nutrition Science 101 & Understanding Calories & Macros

It’s science NOT magic. In this module, you will learn the science behind nutrition to fully understand what matters with fat loss (or current goal), how to prevent the diet yo-yo cycle, and what good nutrition consists of to create sustainable results. Also, you will know how to comprehend calories and macronutrient information on nutrition labels.

Module 4: Monitoring Your Progress 

Self-monitoring is the ultimate skill that can make or break your journey. In this module, you will learn how to properly track your progress (beyond just using the scale) and develop ways to troubleshoot if/when things slow down. Module 5: Resistance Training 101 & Gym Confidence Guide

Module 5 teaches the WHAT, WHY, & HOW about strength training for women. Really? The how to?--Yes! You learn HOW TO create a workout strategy that gets results. Module 6 is the final stage to knowing how to make this your forever lifestyle! You will learn how to lock in daily habits and create the best routine for your busy lifestyle. Seven years ago, I decided to do my first bikini bodybuilding competition under the guidance of a very well-known all-women’s team while still working a 9-5. Everything was great--so I believed! I followed a very strict meal plan, trained five days per week, and performed two hours of cardio six days per week! After 11 weeks of prepping for the stage I completely burned myself out! I totally stopped following the meal plan to eat “regular” and I certainly didn’t want to see another treadmill, dumbbell, or anything related to the gym. 

So trust me, I know what it feels like to stay restricted for months in fear of eating your favorite foods because it’s perceived as “bad” food choice. When you finally decide to give yourself a “cheat” only two things occur:  you feel like you failed, and all your hard work is thrown out the window so you quit! OR, you finally decide to take a bite of something you’ve been craving and you end up BINGEING because of how restricted you were.

That’s no way to live your life and it’s definitely not necessary to lose fat, get stronger, and feel good about your results. 

Truth is, I was never able to become successful with my health and weight until I got the support and learned how to track foods with a flexible nutrition approach.  

Surprisingly, understanding the REAL science behind nutrition came natural to me, primarily from having a B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Pharmaceutics. From there, I was intrigued, but I wanted to learn more.

So, through a number of certifications and tons of client experience (including my own personal journey) I created The Fierce Fit & Flex Method. My method was designed to show you a more SUSTAINABLE and REALISTIC approach without playing the elimination game with your favorite foods.

My fondest memory with one my amazing clients was helping her develop a stronger relationship with the food she enjoyed eating. She went from having a difficult time getting back on track to finding balance when things weren’t “perfect.” Helping her learn how to track foods, understand REAL nutrition, and the true length of commitment it requires led her to see sustainable results. While I was extremely proud that she went from 258 to 230, the most rewarding part for me is that she’s equipped with the knowledge to continue progressing in her journey.
